Each state and county holds different regulations. This step is VERY crucial to make sure you call your local health department before signing up for this training. Most of the time health departments are who regulate Body Artists. If you are not going into an already established facility, I would recommend also contacting your city to know their city laws on being a body artist in the city you will be working.
